The Federation for the Management of Projects Steps

  Step 1. 

Each delegate will need to complete 150 hours of pre-course reading using the Federation for the Management Body of Knowledge (FMPBoK).

Step 2.   

Each delegate will complete a 5-day in person instructor led course culminating with a multiple-choice assessment on the final day.

Step 3.  

Upon successful completion of the 5-day course and passing the multiple-choice assessment the delegates will need to complete a written assessment.

Step 4.

Upon successful completion of the written assessment, the delegate will be presented with an FMP certification awarded by ILM at Level 6.
